Artículo 19.

1. Los detectives privados, a solicitud de las personas físicas o jurídicas, se encargará:

a) De obtener y aportar información y pruebas sobre conductas o hechos privado.

b) De la investigación de delitos perseguibles sólo a instancia de parte por encargo de los legitimados en el proceso penal.

c) De la vigilancia de ferias, hoteles, exposiciones o ámbitos análogos.

Legal Framework

 

Article 19.

1. Private detectives, at the request of individuals or bodies corporate, are responsable for:

a) Obtaining and providing information on private action or conduct.

b) The investigation of crimes that are prosecutable only at the request of the plaintiff, at the instruction of persons legitimised in criminal proceedings.

c) Surveillance at fairs, hotels, exhibitions lor similar environments.
